By implementing it as a web-based application, the Salt & Pepper team is able to organize events in advance from anywhere. The tool also enables applications from potential employees, the central collection of relevant documents and evidence.
An automated registration process for applicants ensures that all necessary information is available in a formalized and comparable form. If the application is successful, all specified data is directly available in the system – onboarding of new employees is thus simplified.
